After getting quotes, that were out of this world; and time frames which are unrealistic. My wife and I started to look on ebay where we found V Custom Blinds. Making claims that from our experience seem to be to good to be true. After some further research and reading feedback from customers all around this great land. We made the plunge. We sent Stratos an email on New Years day. Stratos replied that night.
After exchanging further details on Saturday the purchase was made on Sunday 3rd January. Conformation on Monday.
Made and dispatched by Wednesday 13th January. Received Friday 15th January and installed today.
Have no doubt, this is the best service that we have ever had from any company.

After finding Stratos on Gumtree I was a little dubious about ordering blinds off a website. Stratos answered all my questions and sent through lots of photos and examples of what we were ordering. We ordered only a few weeks before Christmas and the blinds all arrived within 15 days which other companies couldn't do. We have the timber venetian blinds and they were easy to install and are of a very high quality, especially for the price. The whole process couldn't have been easier and at half the price of other quotes we received, we're really happy with the end result. Thanks Stratos.

My husband and I are so happy I discovered V Custom Blinds! Stratos was a delight to deal with and he provided us with a solution to our window coverings that we had not even thought of, or we definitely thought would be out of our reach! Stratos is the most pleasant salesman we have ever had to deal with and nothing was too much trouble (incl. a 1 hour detour to see us at our home on a Saturday night, as one of the major roads was closed due to roadworks!). We can't thank him enough! The blinds are just lovely and very practical and provide us with exactly what we had been trying to achieve: privacy where needed, while having uncluttered windows to enjoy our lovely outlook!
