After weeks of research on what would be a suitable replacement window dressing, I looked into "top-down, bottom-up" blinds, as these let air and light through and block exactly where you need. Ours was to block early morning sun and provide privacy, letting in the breeze. I'm so surprised these aren't in every Australian house as they are far superior to what I had imagined. The product supplied by V Custom Blinds was fantastic. It manages heat penetration and keeps out the cold too. Great blockout, looks great, works wonderfully and was easy to install. I would say an 10/10 for design practicality. These blinds are referred to as Honeycomb or cellular blinds. The service and advice received from V Custom Blinds was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend this product and definately V Custom Blinds.

We are so happy with our new blinds! Stratos was absolutely fantastic to deal with and really good at communicating. He was very patient to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend his services. We are already thinking at other blinds we would like to have done later.

Stratos came over and showed me lots of samples . we looked over them and matched colors to suit room. we measured the windows and when they were ready he delivered them. All in all a very professional experience. I will definitely recommend Vblinds to anyone and everyone. Thanks.

We were a little dubious at first in ordering blinds on line but the finished product has exceeded our expectations. Stratos from V Custom Blinds offers excellent customer service which is often quite rare to find these days. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him - he has the patience of a saint! He answered numerous questions (very promptly) and sent illustrations/examples via email of blinds and fixings. He followed this up with posting us a few colour samples which was most helpful. We didn't get a competitive quote as we felt comfortable with the reasonable price Stratos quoted. The blinds arrived before the scheduled date and Stratos kept us informed of exactly when they would be delivered. We found the blinds very easy to install and they fit perfectly. We are very happy with the colour and style and most of all we are delighted to have a found a solution to covering these windows. It's pleasant experience to deal with V Custom Blinds although initially I was a bit skeptical about spending nearly $2000 over internet and paid in advance to someone who I didn't know interstate. I am really glad that the result was amazing in terms of services & product quality, especially they have passed my fussy husband's assessment : ) Now I am going to order more blinds for my own bedroom! We highly recommend V Custom Blinds!!!

Our experience with V Custom Blinds has been first class. Our order is exactly to specifications, despite our changed preferences on a number of occasions. The staff have been extremely helpful, with prompt communication and a wonderfully personable, and friendly approach. If it was possible to give them more than 5 stars I would jump at the chance.
