The blinds look fantastic in our caravan, they are very well made and came within the specified time. The ordering process was easy and the customer support great.

I wasn't too sure about buying window coverings on-line. I ordered a few samples fist, which was a really good idea. You can see what the product looks like and the colours. Seeing the samples before ordering, I ended up ordering something different to what I thought I needed.
Went it came to ordering, I put the measurements around the wrong way. I was being too careful and mixed it up! Luckily I was able to change my order. I did not expect my blind to be delivered so quickly. It's now installed, it fits exactly in the window frame and the colour is perfect for the room.

I was surprised by the efficient service and the reasonable pricing. The webpage for ordering is excellent and they update you on production and delivery schedules. We ordered one blind at first to check the quality, and then 9 others. We cannot fault the service, which is a nice change nowadays.
