I can't recommend Veneta enough. They were great they whole way through the process. From the moment I requested samples, to great service with a follow up call, ordering online was easy, the product was as it stated (and looks amazing in my home). We received the blinds on time and in good condition, with follow up calls to see how we had gone. Even the self installation was simple to follow.And afterwards, when we had an issue with the blind (our fault, not theirs), they helped us repair the problem, promptly and even paid half the cost of the fix! We absolutely love our new blinds & they look fantastic. We have odd sized windows that store bought blinds never fit but with our new custome made blinds this is no longer an issue. They were delivered much quicker than we expected, were easy to install and use.

Last year needed two narrow sized venetians for my ensuite, looked locally but the price was over the top, so searched and found Veneta Blinds. The whole process was so easy and simple, took measurements , placed order and payed, Within two weeks my venetians arrived, they were perfect, good quality, exact fit and easy to install. I just wanted two odd sized venetian blinds at an affordable price. I measured the size, entered it in the Veneta order form. Easy, good price , sold. Excellent online/phone service to clarify details. Product meets expectations and is superior to cheaper cellular blinds with nice additional features (magnetic clip on top rail, spring tensioned cables in blind rails.

Price is competitive, below chain blind stores, warranty of 5Y sounds good, but I'll have to claim on it to see how it stacks up.

Quality of blind appears excellent, however only 2 weeks old so far.

Delivery time is very quick due to order being dispatched directly from factory in China to the buyer by Fedex.

We bought 1 honeycomb blind for our master bedroom. Delivery was fast, they were pretty easy to install and they look great! We weren't sure what to think about ordering them online, but glad we did, we'll be ordering more! Also, the customer service at Veneta is superb, someone give them a medal - I wish all shopping experiences were like this.
