Using the website was easy and instructions for measuring and installing were very clear. They sent out samples so I could check the colours and the blind arrived when they said it would. We're very happy with the blind itself. We got a honeycomb blind - it looks great, works well and fits well.

Their customer service is second to none, with regular emails being received throughout the manufacturing process, and a phone call from a customer service representative after we received the blinds to see if we were happy with the service and product.
