I needed custom blinds for three windows at home. Measured the windows , ordered three blinds exactly to the dimensions on Veneta's website. They arrived earlier than advised and well packed to ensure no damage.. Quality of the blind is terrific, they fitted perfectly. About to order some roller blinds for other rooms in our house, I will order from Veneta again..

easy to understand measuring, colour was idenetical to my first blind and installation instructions were easy to understand.
delivery was very quick and fuss free and the follow up service was friendly. all in all I cannot fault the quality of product or service. I will and have recommend Veneta blinds to anyone

I'd never ordered anything online before that had to be measured up for and waited with slight anxiety for the blinds to arrive. I must say I was delighted with the quick delivery and perfect fit. They were quite easy to instal and look great. Thank you Veneta I shall definitely use you again.

The blinds were received about a week after ordering and payment.
Plenty of follow-up from the staff to see if I had any issues (installation was quite straightforward, so I didn't have any issues).

The price seemed competitive compared to other websites and they offer a 5 year warranty. Although it's an Australian company the blinds are shipped out of China, but I think it's the same everywhere else too.

About the only thing I could wish for is a little pelmet plate attachment to cover where the front of the blind attaches to the windows but otherwise the blinds seemed well made.

If you are ordering I suggest taking off about 20-30mm from the height of the window so that the bottom rail of the blind doesn't hit the window frame when fully extended.

Great service from beginning to end. I wanted 3 top-down/bottom up honeycomb blinds, and checked out some other online companies, but this one had the best colour choices. The samples arrived promptly, and when I was a bit slow to order, they phoned to check which shows they pay attention to their customers. When I finally put my order in, I got a nice acknowledgement email, and the blinds arrived in less than 2 weeks (I'm in Sydney). They were easy to install and look great. Really reasonable price too, I would recommend Veneta Blinds to anyone.

We are renovating an older home and found these blinds to be an excellent cost saving. The service was excellent and the blinds arrived within estimated time frame. The blinds were extremely well packaged (which is sometimes a worry). Still need more window coverings so they will be my first port of call.

After shopping around for inexpensive honeycomb blinds I ordered them from Veneta blinds. I saved over 50% compared to suppliers here in WA. The process was straight forward and if you follow the instruction on the website, you can't really get it wrong. I measured my window and terrace recesses and ordered accordingly. The few questions I had were answered promptly and the blinds arrived incredibly well packed and labelled within a week. The quality of the blinds is excellent and the installation was straight forward as well. I generally don't write reviews, but this was an excellent experience I wanted to share.
