This one's coming close to its used by date methinks.
Not to say that the food is bad, but not sure why they've changed their recipe.
The meat rolls taste a little bit overly fermented. Yes you heard right. The pickles are a little 'too pickled', giving it a fermented taste.

I picked up what I thought was going to be a delicious vietnamese meal for my family. It was so disappointing, service was slow, a bit pricey, average servings and our meals were bland, really lacked flavour. The sizzling steak with spicy sauce, well not great, not spicy, almost tasteless. Need I go on!

Great service and we were given small extras ( fresh fruit pieces ) during a week day lunch. Cold rolls are totally value for money. Now travel out of my way to get them !!!! Love it.

Unfortunately since new people took over this restaurant, the quality and taste of the food has gone downhill. Recently ordered honey and garlic king prawns which were gluggy with large chunks of garlic. Braised pork with cashews was lacking flavour as was the chicken with coconut milk. The satay was quite nice. Would not return.

The bahn mi is amazing. Good amount of meat and toppings for only $6.50!! It leaves you full and satisfied. The service can be hit or miss though. I've also tried the spring rolls from the takeaway area. They were luke warm and that put me off after 1 bite.

It's not the best food, but it's the only Vietnamese restaurant in the region. Full of Caucasian people who would find this food exotic. We tried the fried rice, the pho and some other fried noodle where they used the pho noodle. Not a good move in my eyes.
So overalll they have some decent ings and they have a good lunch special, but i havent had the opportunity to try it.

The range of food is great. Service was slow for a quiet week-day lunch, but quality and quantity of food was excellent. Honey Garlic King Prawns to-die-for, Roast Duck in Special Sauce amazing, and Salt & Pepper Chili Squid delicious. Their fried rice is one of the best I've ever had, as you didn't have to hunt for additions to the rice - there was plenty of egg, meat & veg mixed in. Prices were comparable to many other restaurants (approx $9 - 15 for main course), but the quality and quantity of food made the meal top value. We've been there several times before, and will definitely return. The Rice Hot-Pot has been recommended, and I can't wait to go back & try it.

The waitress had trouble understanding us and we had to point to our order. The menu had something to suit and please all, and the food was good and there was plenty of it. The restaurant badly needs refurbished but don't let this put you off. Will go again.

WE go to this restaurant often and also get take away. The food is fresh and delicious. Their steamed dim sims are sensational and so is the steamboat - everything I have had there has been very nice. The service is good and prices quite reasonable.

I wrote a review about this business a long time ago and I am back writing another one as it is just the perfect place for anyone to eat for any occasion. Cheap yet fancy. Quick service yet delicious food.
