I recently bought a Junkers EXPEDITION SOUTH AMERICA LADY Swiss Quartz watch 36mm Blue dial 6537-3. It is a super watch and I love it. I previously had the same watch that I had bought in Germany while on holiday, and that watch lasted many years. I was very excited to find that the watch was sold in Australia. Watchpartners were brilliant and the customer service was efficient and quick. I am very pleased to have the same watch again.

Faulty wach with incorrect time (15mins-1hour 45mins inaccuracies in time) within 1 day & 1 month of having it. Contacted watch partners but he refused to refund & claiming as it's been worn he can't do refund. We wouldn't have know it's faulty when we bought a brand new from watch partners. Found out the time wasn't right after a week had it. started to take photos of the inaccurate time to keep tracking. I was overseas & couldn't contacted watch partners earlier & I bought the watch for my Dad for his birthday. he was really careful with the watch. I contacted watcher partners after I got back. I was asked to go to post office in person to have it wrapped & send it back to watch partners to repair. I had to pay for the postage myself which Jack said would reimburse me after watch arrived (yes not like the other ones return without you having to do all that leg walk. I wasn't compensated for my time & petrol & inconvenience). It took 2 weeks for the watch to arrive back to watch partners & another 2-3 weeks to get it fixed & sent it back. We had to buy another watch as it's 5 weeks without a watch. After this experience, we lost faith on the quality of the watch(it says Swiss made & 100m waterproof so we'd expect quality but it wasn't there). Jack from watch partners said the crown wasn't straight so water got in which caused the time inaccurate. it's a new watch & my dad didn't even touch the crown for first 1 week until he found out the time is inaccurate. He was very careful with the watch too. To make the crown bend it'd have to be certain force to do that. The watch arrived faulty. Will never buy again from watch partners!

I’ve been looking for a watch for a while, one which was a bit different from a regular timepiece. I found what I was looking for on the Watch Partners website. I selected the turning disc digital/analog watch by 01TheOne. The fit is perfect as is the design, a bit of that 1960’s futuristic sci fi goodness. Watch Partners we’re quick to send the watch to me and helpful when I called to ask a question. Good firm to deal with.

My new Zeppelin watch arrived safely in well packed box and most impressed with its obvious quality and stylish appearance. Certainly very fine German craftsmanship and the historical association with the great Zeppelin airships of an earlier era only adds to the appeal of this company’s products.

Speedy delivery, the watch arrived 1.5 days after ordering. I was looking for a specialised watch for aviation, within my price and style criteria and was really happy when I came across the range of Junkers German made aviation watches on the Watchpartners site. This really helped me avoid the pretentionness and lack of knowledge of a GMT / dual time watches by one particular local watch shop .

I came across the DEEP BLUE brand of dive watches a few months back and have been in love with them ever since. Being a Certified Dive instructor for years and having a mixed gas certification and experienced in deep decompression diving in Alaska for over 30 years,

I have experience with quality dive equipment. There is no room for junk when your 200 feet under water.

The watch I keyed in on was DEEP BLUE's SCUBA T100 rated to 30 atmospheres or 990 feet, a depth that no one except highly trained divers on trimix mixed gas ever come close to reaching.

The hunt was on to find this watch. I looked through several dealers in the US, Canada, Europe and thankfully, finally landed in Melbourne, Australia at a company called "Watch Partners".

This company was started in 2011 by the owner, Jack Retman. And when you send them an inquiry, that is who very quickly answers you. Very professional and very customer service orientated. Their website is laid out very well and exceptionally easy to navigate, find the information you seek, complete a purchase and then track your order. Initial prices are listed is AU$ dollars but convert to US$ before check out. The US price is lower numerically.

I ordered the DEEP BLUE SCUBA T100 with expedited shipping, fully insured with tracking and they shipped it the next day, guaranteed. Shipping time was listed as 4-8 days, mine arrived in 7 days, the biggest delay being Customs and a national holiday. Mailing starts off with Australia Post and switches over to the USPS once it hit LAX. Updated tracking was available on both of their websites. This watch landed on my door step in the hands of our postal guy, he grabbed a signature and I grabbed my new DEEP BLUE. Outstanding!

Watch Partners Australia is an authorized dealer of Deep Blue watches for sales and warranty work. I opted for an additional year of warranty. It's cheap insurance. Besides a long list of brand new Deep Blue watches, far more available than on the DEEP BLUE NY website, this company also sells a variety of other quality brands of watches.

It was in all ways easy to buy. Delivery from other shops is isually less convenient and fast, customs support service is excellent. I was fully satisfied accept the fact that price for same watches at Watchpartners became notably cheaper just in few days after my watch have been delivered. This is ok, have nothing to blame Watchpartners, but personally haven't considered this purchase as a good buy.

I had a great experience with this company. Including a return I had to make that was flawless.
