I have been to Waxed Balaclava 3 times now, and the service has been great, no painful at all, clean, and very details with the hairy situation. Love booking through the website, and the TVs provided in room.

I have had great experiences the 2 times i have gone here. The girls are very friendly and you can book in online which is a major bonus for me! It is clean and the finish is always spot on

Best part of Waxed is that htye play good shows on the TV as you are getting waxed - usually Will & grace, Sex & The City or Friends.
The place is clean and simply set out. Even the wax is white!
I've been coming here since it first opened and I've noticed that all the therapists have a different way of doing it. So it's worth giving it another go with someone different if the first time is not all that you hoped for.
Booking system is great too, but they do book out so generally I haven't been succesful in securing same-day appointments.

Great clean and bright salon the staff are really friendly. The prices are reasonable and they have a loyalty program. Car parking can be limited however.

Just love this place. The appointment system is awesome as you can do it on line, or of course you can call. I love seeing Amanda and she is quick, professional and does a great job. I even look forward to having my legs done as no big deal these days :)

I can't believe how clean this place is! Friendly staff and they know exactly what they are doing. It's never the most pleasant experience getting waxed but they make it as quick and as painless as possible. Keep up the great work!

Overall it was a really good, though maybe slightly impersonal experience. The beautician was nice but not very friendly. However she was very good and quick. The only real issue I had was that not all the hair was removed at 1st and I had to call her back in. Now I don't know whether this is because I am dark-skinned, therefore hard to see. But her technique of doing the back part was not the best I have come across. So I had to be initiative and tell her how I'd like to have it done. Other than that, I had no issues becasue the place is soo clean and I am paranoid abou that :-) I will be going back and will see how another lady is.

Well worth the trip and none of the nerves or anxieties materialised. Waxed is clean and neat and with friendly staff. My very first experience and I will never go anywhere else. Fairly priced. Staff were helpful and explained procedures and what to expect both during and after waxing.

I have been going to waxed for just under 1 year. Each time the quality and service is fantastic. I love the incentives/discounts you get along the way.

I went for a g-string wax and was impressed. The service was friendly, but efficient. And the waxing itself was almost pain-free! The treatment room was very clean. I wish I lived closer so that I could always come to this salon!
