I recently found the Hello Charlie website when looking for eco friendly baby products and lucky I did! I received fantastic customer service when I asked about a particular nappy they did not stock. Vanessa made every effort to find them and was happy to try to order them in for me. When it was found that the company no longer existed, I was sent out samples to try of other nappies that they did stock. I proceeded to order some other products and received the packages (including the samples) the following day! I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!

I initially booked into Daylight Organic in the lead up to my wedding for a facial after reading reviews on WOMOW. The facial was so relaxing and the organic Omveda products they use feel lovely and made my skin look great! After such a great first experience, I booked in for a manicure, pedicure and wax also for my wedding - all of which were fantastic. The therapists are friendly and professional and immediately put you at ease. I definitely recommend Daylight Organic!

I was disappointed with the service at this florist after I had made an appointment to come and have a chat about flowers for my wedding. I had purchased some flowers here previously, which were quite nice. The staff member on the phone when I first rang with regard to my wedding was friendly, however, when my fiance and I turned up on time to our appointment, the lady in charge was unorganised and very rude - acting like us being there was very inconvenient! We both couldn't believe how rude she was and when I asked some questions about what flowers would be in season at the time of our wedding and for a general idea of cost, she basically said that I had to do my own research otherwise she'd have to charge me for a consultation fee. She only gave us about 2 minutes of her time after which we left and will never be going back, even though the shop is just down the road. Luckily, we found another really lovely florist who made the most beautiful bouquets and was super friendly.

Nicole from Ocean Flowers did the flowers for my wedding recently. I called, and then sent an email with some examples of the bouquets I wanted and asked for a quote, and was replied to very quickly. Nicole and another girl who worked there were very helpful and friendly - unlike other florists I had been to asking for quotes for my wedding flowers. Nicole delivered the box of flowers to my parents house on time and we were all blown away by how beautiful they were! Good price too! Highly recommended!!

I recently got my hair and makeup done at Brazárt for my wedding. I didn't have a hair or makeup trial as I didn't want to pay the extra $$ for it, but came in a week before to go through an album showing their past work. Karen did my make up and Nicky did my hair. I wanted a relaxed and natural look without the look of too much makeup. I was so happy with the result! The salon was busy on the day, but the girls got me ready by the time I needed to, and my hair and makeup looked great the whole day - and into the night at the reception! Would definitely recommend them for other brides!

After searching through heaps of websites for a photographer who took candid and largely un-posed shots, I found Who's a Clever Girl Photography. It was a very easy decision to choose Lisa as our wedding photographer after meeting her and seeing a selection of her recent wedding photography. We chose the 4 hour package which was a little more expensive than we had initially budgeted, however, after receiving an album with a big selection of prints and digital negatives in both colour and black and white a few weeks after our wedding, we couldn't be happier we paid a bit extra as we'll have the photos forever and they are just a true reflection of the happiness of the day! We did organise to have some formal shots of the bridal party and our families, but other than that, her style of photography is natural and candid. Lisa is warm and friendly and very easy to get along with and did an amazing job! Highly recommended!

I brought my wedding dress to Helena after reading reviews on WOMOW. Helena did such a wonderful job on the alterations. It was a strapless dress and fitted perfectly on the day! Helena is friendly and relaxed, and very experienced! Given the amount of work that needed to be done through all the boning and layers of the dress, the price was much better than I expected! Couldn't have been happier! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I get take-away bagels from here every weekend, and have had the odd coffee. The bagels are always fresh and the service friendly. We decided to take away the bagels and add our own fillings as it is always very busy on the weekends!
