I wouldn’t recommend them. They were three hours late on removal day and installation day. Spent most of the time on his mobile and smoking. Charged more than $900 more than the installer who was here for SIX hours. An electric tool owned by my builders apprentice disappeared. They vehemently denied it was taken but after my PUSHING the issue it suddenly appeared. [removed comment] There was a problem with a cupboard - Just wanted to move it even though I knew it couldn’t be moved. Eventually another cupboard was made ([removed name] only one hour late for the next visit) The tradesmen were great [removed comment] They didn’t phone to ask if I was happy with the kitchen! I wouldn’t recommend them if I was paid $1000000.00!! I was very upset about the exorbitant fee charged by the site manager then asked for the cheque to be made out to him not the company.

What a fantastic end result, affordable and timely. Daryl was so very professional and remained flexible and responsive. I can not thank “We do Kitchens” team enough.

If customer service, ownership of service failures and a professional customer centric approach is important to you I would suggest you think twice before going with this company. I would also recommend caution with the contract terms. The trades they used were brilliant . They were professional, punctual and only ever asked for payment when the work was complete. The company and its “project manager” were the only ones we paid up front and the only ones we had issues with getting timely responses to complete the project. We are reasonably happy with our kitchen but not with the service provided. We had issues with a number of components missing or incorrect and overall it took about 6 weeks to get the job to completion. We are 40 days on and Saturday I had an issue with the cooktop. When I called the owner he stated he could not assist until the Monday. Not having received a manual with the unit it was difficult to troubleshoot and has been difficult to download a handbook online not knowing the model number. None of their paperwork gives any information on the appliances sold and we are yet to receive a final invoice from them for monies paid up front.

That you have taken 7 weeks to respond and only on this forum speaks volumes to my review. Dont bother I have rectified the cooktop issue myself. I stand by my review even if you have had a number of fully satisfied customers.

Great to see that Tony has now raised his review from 2 star to 3 star and that he is happy with his new kitchen and also praises our trades people. He has now finally admitted by text that the cook top was not broken as he said in his first review and the truth is he didn't actually rectify anything as he now states in his second reply. He simply needed to press the child lock button which is clearly defined on the front control panel with a key lock symbol. We have never before had a customer that couldn't find this button in just a few minutes or call our electrician who installed the unit for assistance. All appliances however do come with operation manuals but his must have been thrown out with the packaging. We ask ALL customers to send us text messages for service so we have a written record of all communications, this guarantees that calls for service are NEVER overlooked. I've told Tony again and again that he simply called me at a bad time when I was just walking into surgery to have eye injections and regrettably failed to remember his call when I came out, but no matter how many times I apologize he still wants to crucify me on line and by text for not calling him back that same day even though we had traded text messages many times before this event and he could have sent a reminder. If he had just texted his request or made some second attempt to phone us back then our staff could have sorted his problem out in just 5 minutes. He goes on about our service but fails to say that he called me early on a Saturday morning about a concrete flooring issue and we had it worked on and sorted before midday that same day. As we usually receive 4 and 5 star reviews so I don't see any need to read reviews every week and I certainly didn't expect to receive this review after seeing his kitchen finished when I personally delivered his wire corner units. We service our customers 24/7 by replying to direct text messages and not by reading or expecting to see important service related communications on a review web site weeks after the fact. He paid Justin for the rip out and tipping fees when that part of the job was completed and not up front. Our payment terms are FLEXIBLE and are in total compliance with department of fair trading guidelines. The job was to remove and build in new walls, redirect plumbing which involved concrete cutting and install a new kitchen. He had a fully operational kitchen within 2.5 weeks and his job was 98% complete within the time frame given. He did wait a few more weeks to have glass splashbacks installed along with 2x wire corner units which were out of stock with our supplier. Some wall fillers and a bar back were supplied and fitted the week after the initial installation due to them not passing through our strict quality control area but that did not extend the job beyond the expected finish date.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and very grateful to We Do Kitchens for their expertise and professionalism. I have never undertaken a renovation before, and let's face it, it's a big investment financially. I wasn't sure what to expect but from the outset, Darryl was collaborative, listened to what I wanted and translated it into a beautiful kitchen that I am very proud of. His vast experience in the kitchen business means he can offer valuable insights into what will work, won't work, or might work better in your particular space. His team of tradies is terrific - as so many of the reviews have said, these guys are hard-working, on-time, very tidy and take great pride in their workmanship. The end result is a kitchen that is as functional for me as an enthusiastic cook as it is aesthetically pleasing to me as a fastidious perfectionist - and I love it! When I first obtained quotes to do my renovation, I was courted by fancier salespeople than Darryl - but I had a strong feeling that he wouldn't let me down. So I went with my gut - and Darryl and Kerry and the team delivered.

I highly recommend We Do Kitchens. They were very professional and efficient throughout the entire process of designing, quoting and installing our new kitchen. Daryl was excellent at listening to and interpreting my requirements for the new kitchen and the result has exceeded our expectations. His experience and design skills were invaluable. All the trades were professional, curtious and efficient. The istallation was started and completed on time. I love the new kitchen, thanks Daryl and Kerry.

We went with We Do Kitchens to renovate our outdated kitchen. The quoting process was fast and simple. Once we decided on a design and went ahead, we had a few last minute changes we wanted, which they were more than willing to accomodate, providing alternate ideas and support. The delivery and install of the kitchen was fast and smooth. The end result was fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with Daryl and Kerrie at WDK from our first meeting. The kitchen design more than met our expectations. All work was carried out in a professional manner. All tradesmen were polite and efficient and dealt effectively with any issues. A great crew who know their work and clean up any mess every day.
We are more than happy with the end result.

Many thanks to Daryl & Kerrie for a great deal on our new kitchen, the quality of the cupboards is superb and the stone bench top looks outstanding. All work by installer Glen was relaxed in super quick with no mistakes, the bench top guys did a great job with measuring and installing. My wife and I have a kitchen to be proud of, thank you very much We Do Kitchens. We would definitely recommend WDK to everyone.
