We had coffee after our lunch here in this interesting cafe. Wonderful array of food on offer but we were only interested in the coffee which was great. Lots of nice desserts were available if you have a sweet tooth Much of the food supply is locally sourced too.

I love this place! The food is always plentiful and delicious and not hideously expensive either. The place is bright and buzzing, warm and cosy. My only complaint is that it's often busy (as good places are!) and as most of the tables seem to be for 4 or 6, it's often difficult to find a spot for a couple. Though people are often kind enough to budge up if they're not using a whole big table. Coffee's great, service is quick and friendly. What more can you ask for? Oh, and the fries were some of the best I've had!

We have regularly ventured to Woodside specifically to have a nice lunch at the providore. I always enjoy the venison burger and coffee is good. There's sometimes a wait for a table, but it's always worth a wait. A good stop for food when doing a round of the wineries.

I went here for a girls lunch during the week and the food was excellent - the curried chicken pie is to die for! The ambience is relaxed foodie heaven and the service was friendly but consistent with a small business. Save room for the scrumptious sweet offerings!

Had lunch here last mid 2010 and really enjoyed the food. The chips were the best I have ever eaten and the baguettes were very generous and delicious also. Service was a bit lack lustre. Going again for lunch this Mon 15/02/10 for my husband's bday so will be interesting to compare.

Have been here 3 times now and love it to pieces! If you go on a weekend it will be busy and service can therefore be a bit slower, but that's understandable and I have never had a problem with it. Menu is select, but they have some amazing specials which are changed often. Can't recommend enough their big platter to share with 1 or 2 others - have never left feeling more satisfied nor excited about the range of foods we ate. Service is really relaxed and friendly - to the point where the chef even sold us some of his Finnish mustard (which they don't usually do!) because we loved it so much. Good coffee, a nice selection of cakes, fantastic use of quality local ingredients. Well worth the drive into the Hills!

Approximate cost: $14

The food and atmosphere were really good, and as I expected not a great variety on the menu but good considering the size of the place, they were very busy and were a bit slow but it was a Sunday lunch and were very busy so that was okay. During the week I would imagine would be much quicker.

Approximate cost: $13-17

Great little cafe, very expensive for what they serve, limited menu which is disappointing. Nice to go to on a winters day for a hot chocolate. They have bands playing there every now and again.

The food is very nice and offers a great variety of foods such as baguettes, pizzas, curries etc but not many choices of each. The cafe was always very busy which meant long waiting times for service.

Approximate cost: $13
