The food is always good at Ying Thai. Almost everything I have ever ordered (given the large menu) is awesome. The prices are very reasonable. Always love the papaya salad but be careful with the level of spiciness and it doesn't hurt to be extra cautious - you can always add more chilli later rather than the other way around!

The soups are very flavoursome and their curries and stirfries are not bad either. I think the menu is rather busy and confusing as it is literally a big menu with pictures, numbers and descriptions left, right and centre.

Given the high demand and low prices, if it is busy, expect to be hurried along when you finish your meals. It's the big orange building at the beginning of Victoria Street!

If you are craving Thai - this is the place to be!

Best tom yum ever, the whole fish with red curry is delicious. Also love the green papaya salad-so refreshing and crisp. And the thai ice milk tea is yummy too.

Quality of food generally (not always) good. Service is hit and miss, seems to depend what mood the staff are in. If you like hot food (and I mean really hot food) give it a try. Prices are average, if you are after a better value eating experience, walk a little further down the street - there are numerous options!

The Crispy pork salad and deep fried fish were delicious and quite popular. Tom yum soup is pretty standard but they are a little bit stingy on the amount of soup and condiments for the price. Serice is sometimes good and sometimes bad depending how busy it is.

I go here whenever I want to eat Thai food. It's one of the best quality and authentic restaurant. I love the Tom Yum, Mince Beef, Thai Tea, Curry, etc. The restaurant is always full, so you have to book beforehand and when arrive have to wait around a few minutes (if booked). It's great value for money. It's a very tight, noisy and chaos restaurant. Try to get an upstair table if you can. If taste buds are your only concern then go to this restaurant.

If you love spicy food, Ying Thai is a must try. The price is reasonable, don't expect too much service from the staff.
The Tom Yum soup is so beautiful. If you don't like spicy food, this place is not for you.

I love most of their dishes and here are my favorites:
1. fish cake
2. crispy pork/fish salad
3. tom yum soup
Their oriental Thai food provides a traditional taste of Thai.

Approximate cost: $16

Very tasty and authentic Thai food at very reasonable prices. There's quite a variety of dishes to choose from as well. Also, the staff are friendly and the service is good and fast.

Approximate cost: $10-$15
