Famous for its wood fire bread and pizzas. I tried the ITalian sausage pizza which was tangy and spicy. The coffee is good too and they have a good range of wine and beer. The mushroom risotto I tried was also wonderful. You can sit outside and watch people walk by. Especially enjoyable in summer.

Specialising in organic food and coffee. The coffee was sensational. I love it. They also have a good range of food from soup, sandwich, pasta and frittata. I especially enjoy the breakfast menu. The coconut bread is lovely and it just makes me feel slightly healthier.

Fresh made sushi rolls. They have specials at the end of the day. I especially like the beef roll. It's sweet and salty and very delicious. The seaweed inari is also my favourite. Service is quick and quite good value for money

This review is for Medownick Laser Clinic, East Melbourne VIC

I went in for my free consultation. The receptionist did not smile or greet me. Then I went to see an optometrist who treated me like a deaf child. Talking very slow, loud and looked generally uninterested. I know a lot about laser eye surgery and know my options and he was not happy in answering questions. He recommended intraorticular lenses to be placed inside my eyeballs because my eye prescription was high, -9.50 and -8.00. The cost is 10K plus but I'd like to opt for laser instead. Then I went to see a lady, who is basically the 'seller'. She told me I need eye correctiion done. Duh! She also tried to make me do the intraorticular surgery and talked a lot about it but I insisted that I do not want it done. I want Laser or PRK instead. The then told me that she will ask the surgeon on my eligibility and will call me the next day. Well she did not call for almost 2 months, by then I have booked with another clinic which is much better and more professional. I had PRK done instead of the intraorticular lenses. THe Medownick price is also higher than Laser Sight where I got my surgery done.

I ordered some curry and rotis for delivery. I was disappointed by the amount of food they give and the price I paid. The curry was very salty. Actually, all of the dishes we ordered were salty and overly oily. They looked overcooked. The rotis were okay.

I come here for the location. It has a balcony so you can sit outside and watch people walking on Swanston Street. It's a pretty good place to relax in the city. A large range of beer to choose from. The food however was not very good. Good decoration and ambience.

This review is for Menya Ramen, Melbourne VIC

The ramen was quite nice but not very generous serving. Gyu don has the qok aroma but pretty tasteless so I had to use soy sauce to make it tastier. The place is very small and crampy. But quite good value for the price

A lot of food on the plate but the taste is pretty ordinary. Nothing too special. The fried chicken was bland and tempura soggy. I also found that the sashimi is not very fresh and therefore not tasty

This review is for Ying Thai, Abbotsford VIC

The Crispy pork salad and deep fried fish were delicious and quite popular. Tom yum soup is pretty standard but they are a little bit stingy on the amount of soup and condiments for the price. Serice is sometimes good and sometimes bad depending how busy it is.

This is one of my favourite restaurant in the area. You usually have to make a booking for dinner or the place will be packed. The lamb rack was tender and moist with generous side dishes provided. I've also tried the duck risotto which is a unique experience on a plate.
