I had to deal with them first as a landlord, and later as a vendor, both time their services had been horrendous. The first rental agent I dealt with was very good, she was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately she left the company not long after, and the subsequent agents that took over had been very hard to communicate with. I had to prompt them for inspections and repairs. When I wanted to inspect the property myself, not only the agent forgot about the appointment, she also could not find the key and was 45 minutes late.
When I wanted to sell the property, I was hand balled to a different agent to the one I discussed with originally. It was an agent I have never talked to that did all the inspections and selling. Their efforts in trying to sell the property was so feeble. After 4 weeks without a single offer, I picked a different company to sell it. And Noel Jones had been even more difficult to deal with since then.

The food was really good, with so much variety to choose from. Pretty generous serving for the price. However, this place is very small. It gets packed very quickly. There's not much room even for walking to the counter to pick up your takeaway.

Great for take away. The place is very small to have a sit down. The service is very fast. The menu is very limited, but the food is cheap and yummy. Very nice curry!

We have dined here twice. The first time we went here the food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and attentive. The second time however was a bit of a disappointment. The food was a bit average and we were seated in a corner, and we were forgotten by the staff.

The best Thai food in the area. The red curry and Larb Gai are our favorite. Dining in or take away, the service is good. The price is okay for the quality you get.

If you love spicy food, Ying Thai is a must try. The price is reasonable, don't expect too much service from the staff.
The Tom Yum soup is so beautiful. If you don't like spicy food, this place is not for you.

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and the waitress was friendly, but it took ages before our meals arrived. And the food was so salty. I could hardly eat it.

This place is always crowded. The food is very cheap, especially for Japanese food. The staff are not very friendly, they frowned and hurried you when you took too long to decide. It's only $10 for 3 course meal! And the green tea milkshake is a must try!

Andrew is an excellent photographer. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the wedding. The final album is very beautiful. However, it did take him a long time to finish the album, as well getting our enlargements and photo proofs.
However, it's top notch quality.
