I was comparing my insurance for the car with a few companies, and found out what a massive difference in premiums there are. The difference between my old insurer and youi was a whopping $130.00 a year. They were great. Their customer service is top notch, their premiums are very competitive. I have nothing but praise for them. They ask a lot of questions, but that helps bring down the premiums. As I no longer drive my car every day, I need to budget where I can without compromising on the service. They don't care how many kms you do!

Rang to find out about claiming for vehicle, Spoke to Kay who gave me information on a a repair place and was extremely helpful with all my questions. The same day as my assessment She rang me book to advise it had been approved. I also received a small gift of a sponge and two cloths for a special treatment of my vehicle after its repair. I would recommend anyone give them a try from your old insurer.

Have had my car insurance with them for 12 months and am now moving my home and contents insurance to youi also. Have not had to make a claim, so can't really comment on that front. But their customer service is excellent. I filled in an online quote and then received a friendly, non-pressuring call a few hours later. As someone who likes to do things online rather than spend hours waiting to talk to someone, youi are great.

I had to deal with them as as third party, The guy that was looking after our claim was rude to me & did not give me the time of day, just pay up & move forward, The is two side two every story, didn't care about me or my family or what happened, I'm now dealing with there claims department they are nice to deal with lets hope they are more fair in seeing the fine print, I would not recommend them for how i was treated, Rude like i was nothing.... You pay for what u get,

Compared the quote with my existing car insurance, their rates are higher if you drive to work normally, if you do not drive much, the quote is just about the same as my existing one which doesn't change whether I drive 1km or 100km or 1000km per day...not really saving a lot as advertised on TV.

I went through about 6 of the usual companies and found Youi heaps cheaper ( car insurance aami $2100 - Youi was $850 ? ) I have changed all of my insurances over including house, contents,and other car. Get a quote on the web - got nothing to lose !

I did my research and these guys are the cheapest ones by a long way. They don't charge additional excess for under 25 drivers which is great just in case.
