I was organizing a new Laptop for my brother and made contact with Robert who organized not only the sourcing of the new machine but the installation of the machine quickly and with no fuss. My brother was not very technical and Robert took the time to complete the install and also explain the benefits of certain parts of the set up to him. The result was a very happy customer and after seeing Roberts obvious knowledge a second future customer.
