I had a few warning signs the computer needed an overhaul.
However software cleanups and re-installing some programs solved all issues.

Robbie is enthusiastic and high energy, he gets a lot done.

Robert is the computer guy everyone should have. He cleaned out and upgraded my computer, fixed everything that needed fixing, and made it safe and efficient. He definitely knows what he's doing and he's very good at it. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Rob was excellent in setting up my new computer. Instead of marking up a laptop he turned around and offered a service where he could find one for me, and then i purchased it, but then i knew i was getting the best possible price the machine that he chose and it took the stress out of buying a new computer. He was always available and offered me capped remote support where he would help out remotely if I had any problems with the computer and didn't have to worry about the bill getting higher. Would highly recommend Robert

Robert came over and helped me to set up a new computer and I gave him my existing one to copy the data from it. The hard drive recovery took a while because it was really bad, but I didn't need access to the data straight anyway but this was the only hold up because of the state of the drive. I understood what Robert was saying and he was able to help me out remotely as well with a few things. He was VERY patient with an old fart like me. Highly recommended.

We called Robert because we had a screen issue flickering that turned out to be the monitor. We depend on the computer and Robert offered to drive us to a computer store and help us to pick up a monitor at a whole sale rate - without him marking up the price. He was able to advocate for us and get the best value monitor at the best price and then came back and installed it. We then used him to clean up our computer and protect it with a virus scanner. Robert tried to get the best out of the time. He didn't try to extend it and explained what he was doing. He then finished up the job by helping us move away from bigpond to gmail.

Robert was able to quickly fix my issues when I locked myself out of my computer. He was also able to advise and set up some better ways of looking after my security and passwords.
Definitely recommend and would use again if necessary.

Robert is not only a guru when it comes to all aspects of hardware and software related computing issues but I'm pleased to say that on numerous occasions, Robert has assisted my mum who is in her 80's.
Mum is so happy with how patiently Robert walked her through multiple issues with her PC.

It can be quite stressful and daunting for the older folks to resolve virus / software / hardware issues. It is just really very cool how measured and patient Roberts' customer service was when assisting my Mum.

Suddenly my Windows 10 HP computer screen went blank except for the task bar. I looked for a company that could solve the problem and in my searching I came across Zoo Computer Repairs and read a sample of the large number of customer reviews and how extremely positive they were. All of the comments were justified because when I employed Robert and his team I received outstanding service. One of his team solved the technical problems and Robert visited me to solve a problem with Microsoft Office. He is an excellent professional and has fabulous interpersonal skills. He was able to solve the problem with Microsoft Office very quickly. He explained what he was doing with my computer and discussed with me some of the big picture issues in the world of IT. His fees are reasonable and given his expertise are great value for money. I will certainly be using his expertise in any future problems I might have, and am recommending him to my friends.

I was sold a non legitimate version of office and Robert went out of his way to make sure I had the correct version installed and found it at a cheaper price that would save me money. He then helped to do instructions in a word document so that I could repeat the instructions about copying photos from my phone to the desktop. Would recommend.

I called Robert because my computer wouldn't start. He came out and diagnosed it as a faulty system board which would intermittently start. I am a pensioner and money is very tight at the moment. Robert saw my situation and he took the computer away for a second opinion with someone who specialises in complex hardware problems. Robert called me later to say that he was able to get the computer going - however he couldn't guarantee it would last and advised me of options to buy a new one one without charging any markup on this. He then brought back the machine and installed it for me. All this for 1 hour when most other people wouldn't care less about someone's financial situation. What a caring compassionate person that helped me. If your reading this, don't get robbed by others out on the market, read these reviews first before trusting someone with your computer and data.
