When we bought our car we were promised that they provide outstanding service. From the moment we drove out of the showroom it went downhill. The usual " no fault found" statement was used continually for our repeated problems. Special conditions on the sale contract weren't met and we had to fight for them everytime. We were lied to as blatantly as telling me they thoroughly test drove the car yet the odometer had not moved more than 200m. When challenged they said it was test driven. We paid for leather protection but never received a certificate to say it was done. After asking for it many times, 3 months later I receive a document that was just written but back dated to the purchase date. They are liars and operate dishonestly. I recommend you be carful of their sales pitch.

Getting your car serviced at Zupps is like being stranded in an outback service station in Mexico.
They always tell you this or that is broken and need replacing. Tyres are not roadworthy (just 20 k old), brake pads need replacing (replaced recently) windscreen wipers need to be replaced, They will 'fix' everything except what you actually took it there for. I think they try to get you come back again to fix iinitial problem, but the experience is so overwhelmingly poor you never want to go back again.

Very dissapointing customer service. Helpful & friendly when looking to buy. Put the hard word on us after we had paid a deposit. I was told that if i didn't hurry up the car would be sold to another interested party. I had to remind them of their legal obligation regarding a deposit. After I made the decision to buy (in my own time, now 5 weeks ago) I still haven't recieved signed contract papers. They registered the car with the wrong details (and apparantly can't change it because it requires the approval of the person in who's name it is now registered) Good luck fixing that one. On top of all this the manager refuses to admit any mistake. He says and i quote
"Please accept my personal apology for this inconvenience but my registration clerk goes off the order for the name to transfer the vehicle into.
....we try to make everything as smooth as possible for every client and am not happy when simple communication issues cause conflict."
Note no mistake admitted. He then descibes his lack of customer service as simple communication issues. Simple is right, the communication issue is at Zupps end. I have records of emails & phone calls from our end consistantly for 5 weeks. STAY WELL CLEAR. Neither Zupps or AHG have a customer feedback system so I'm left giving bad reviews. I'm considering expanding this complaint to the AHG who endorses Zupps.

Approximate cost: $100 manhours

I can imagine that AHG would have a long list of complaints about Zupps..their customer service has been appalling for over 20 years.

Just thought I'd share a review by Dermot Murtagh from june 2012 to add some perspective. (taken from truelocal.com)
"I wouldn't touch these guys with a 40ft pole that had a health inspector glued to the end of it. They quoted $160 for a service which eventually cost my wife over $600. The comments about them are all true-stay clear-you have been warned
They dont carry parts for Peugeot and gave stories about batteries etc having to ... be imported whereas they are freely available in the market place etc,etc. It burns me to even give them half a star"
