From the initial engagement and first site visit, through to the day of the job, and then with an after-care call, I was impressed with the great customer service and advice. On the morning of the tree felling, the team arrived and setup cones and traffic signs, ensured us and our neighbours had moved vehicles and were ready for them to start, and then they went to work. The tree-climbing and rope wrangling was mesmerising to watch, as each large limb was cut and safely lowered to ground. Everything that was mulched was taken off-site and all the useful wood was cut to length and left on-site as requested.
