This is a great place to take your kids. They will love it. Sato the lead chef is great and talented. Obviously don't wear your best clothes as you'll probably end up with some egg and rice on them.

Food was very nice. They seemed overly keen to do themselves out of any extra money. Suggested my kids have water to drink. Said to courses would be enough for all of us (Mum/Dad and 2 kids). Tried to encourage us to bring our own wine... But we didn't, their wine was not expensive anyway.

A more interesting and tasty way to spend a dinner.

Maybe worth going just to see Sato write something for you in salt upside down and back to front?

One of the better Japanese places in Chatswood. A decent range of Japanese cuisine and some sake's to choose from too.

Great place to take your kids up to 9 years old. Many even older.
They get dough to play with and pencils etc. Food is quick and easy to eat.

This place was brilliant when it first opened. Now queueing up for run of the mill sushi when so many other places are available is not worth the effort... BUT if there is no queue, go for it!

Teppanyaki is not for everyone. In Japan it is a civilised affair... The Australian version the food is literally thrown at you. Especially eggs and rice. It is fun!

My kids love Sushi, as do I. This place is convenient when hitting the Gordon library or doing a little shopping with the kids and need something to tide them over.

One of my favourite Thai's in Gordon (I think there are at least 3 others). Nice food on the sweeter side of the Thai tradition, ie more kid friendly.

Mixed experiences here! First couple of times we had great food and service. Next time we were there at 6:10pm knocking on the door (they are supposed to open at 6pm). The person obviously inside ignored us. So we phoned them! They answered the phone. Said they would open at 6:30pm tonight. And continued to ignore us.

Slightly better than average service and food make this a place we will be going to many more times.

Sure it is main stream pizza, but they always deliver on time and when you have 2 kids that you need to get to bed and too tired or lazy to cook. 30min is perfect timing.
