Booked with Ace Parking for the very first time. Got a bit lost finding the way and afraid we'd miss our flight. When we called them, Cindy was fantastic, not only did she give us directions, but as soon as we arrived, she had someone at the gate to park our car even though we had not paid for valet parking. The gentleman then drove us straight away to the airport and reassured us that he would get us there in plenty of time, which he did.
On our arrival back in Melbourne, they were already waiting at the airport to drive us to the car park, and our car ready.
We cannot thank them enough especially Sharon and Cindy and the gentleman who drove us to the airport on time.
