Worst experience of house purchase ever. Everything was too much trouble. We nearly lost our mortgage and they nearly lost the sale because they were so uncooperative. They got our names wrong and missed one of the purchasers off altogether. On settlement we only got one set of incomplete keys (we can't open one gate or lock another door) forcing us to replace all the locks on day one. They recommended that we use Sunnyoaks conveyancers a couple of doors down - if it were possible they were even worse. AVOID!
