I regret choosing Metricon as a builder for my first home in Australia. Its been 2 months that my house is handed over in Tarneit, Victoria and I still haven't received my customer portal login credentials where I can report issues under service warranty. Its been over 60 days from the 90 day after settlement service and cannot get anything fixed. The Metricon agent I am working (Named : Norman) doesn't get anything done for the last 2 months only but keeps promising to help me in the process. Also they missed few things from Original contract and when asked to have them fixed, Metricon offered refund which was never processed so far. I would recommend dealing with smaller construction companies because they would care for customers and not ignore the after service.
