I was really stressed out until I walked into Carmen's. The owner was extremely helpful and the staff was all so friendly. Price wise it is seasonable and cheaper than other beauty salon in Westfield. I can easily park in Westfield and walk to the Arcade. I would higher recommend Carmens Nails and Beauty and I would definitely come back.
