Ol' Dad has come down to see his daughter's house in Grovedale, now totally painted by Beyond Expectations! Unbelievable!! The attention to detail! The window trim, the front door, the decking, the garage...even the edge of the stonework! Little things matter to make this a prefect job. She reports "they are the nicest guys"

Dear Team,

We wish to express appreciation for the amazing assistance that we received on Thursday 28th, at 8pm.

We had returned from a 3.5 hour long flight from Cairns and arrived back to your base to find that we had a flat tyre on our van. I had not had this happen before (over 8 years) and had not been familiar with the unlocking of the spare tyre and the location of the jack and tools. After some time, I asked to borrow a jack from your delivery van. This was gladly provided. However, I was still unable to release the spare tyre and become very exhausted trying to work under the rear of the van.

We approached your staff and we so pleased that they made every attempt to support us. Your staff member accompanied myself, back to the van, with his own industrial jack and demonstrated how to unlock the spare tyre. He then set up his jack and quickly helped to change the tyre.

Without this assistance we would have been forced to leave the van behind and travel home by taxi, and then return to the next day to try and work out a way of changing the tyre, yet again.
