We love the yum cha here, the food are delicious and lots of variety. The last visit was abit of a shock. It seemed that the prices have gone up so much it's not funny. 2 adults and a 5 yo child costed over $80 and we are not even big eaters. That's almost one pays to go to a fine dining. Yum cha is not a fine dining. Perhaps there are now more restaurants around Chatswood serving yum cha but that's not the way to boost your profit. We have to think twice now to go back again.

I have been to this place at its original location in Double Bay before it moved to China Town. It's now back in Double Bay but different location. The ice cream and gelato are to die for. The coconut is the best I have tasted. Also hazelnut, pistachio, all of them actually.

If you don't care about decor and plastic plates, this is the place to go for cheap but great Indonesian food. Can't go past the grilled chicken and the sambal chilli, so hot but addictive.

This review is for ABC Seamless, Sydney NSW

We went with ABC seamless to replace all the gutters and downpipes of our house as the quote was very good and the consultant seemed professional, at first. We chose the quad which costed about $300 more than aluminium as we wanted external brackets. The reason being we have large trees around our house like jacaranda (with the tiny leaves) and one with small sticks with little brown balls (don't know the name) and I need to clean the gutters regularly. Internal brackets will sure look nice but the downside is that it will take more time and effort to clean. We did not want to use gutterguards because we have been told by many people that they still need cleaning regularly and gutterguards are permanently fitted. We said to the consultant over the phone about the external brackets and if we needed another written quote. He said no need, he would remember.

3-4 weeks later, installation was completed with internal brackets. When we called the consultant, he said he could not recall the conversation we had about external brackets. We said that if we wanted internal brackets we would have gone with aluminium which would cost $300 cheaper. When I explained to the installers, one of them was honest enough to say that he agreed with our decision to use external brackets. In short, we had to pay an additional $450 to replace the brackets.

We also found that the consultant quoted a smaller gutter than the original one in one section of our house. The installers were rather concerned and pointed out to me. Unfortunately again, it's not on the quote, so we'll just leave it for now.

Our overall experience, disappointing. With other quotes we had, the consultant would confirm with us on what we wanted and offer suggestions. We feel that ABC seamless on the other hand just wants quick business deal. If something is not right, they can fix it, with extra cost. In the end the saving was not as much as we expected.

Approximate cost: $8000
