Dropped off my husbands suit matching pants and jacket at Trucare Drycleaning Watergardens. When I went to pick up the items, I was given someone else's jacket as it was a different size. They couldn't do anything about it as no one came back complaining they had the wrong size. I had my ticket number as well, still couldn't do anything. Also, not only was the jacket the wrong size, it was worn out out and damaged. Very upset as they kept saying to head office "she thinks it's not her husbands jacket"? I know it's not my husbands jacket!

Karly managed to make time to do my make up on short notice. I already booked with a big company but was not happy with their service, pricing and even their trial. Lucky I found Karly online. Karly was in time, friendly, professional and helpful and worked really well with my hairdresser to achieve my look for my wedding day. The funny part is that I didn't even do a trial with Karly and she did way much better than the big company I was going to go with! I would recommend Karly to others.
