I went to this studio with back pain, Glenn and Frank put me onto an amazing Clinical Pilates program that has really helped. I feel stronger and healthier than I did pre-injury, the work they do is simply amazing! I've been to a lot of Physios in the past, but Evado Studios is really something different. They listen to what you want and work really hard to help you achieve it. If you need a physio or want to get into Clinical Pilates, you should definitely check this place out!!
