It's true what they say - best Sandcrab lasagne going around. I've eaten here on several occasions and the staff and food are always first class. One of my favourites.

Andrew completed a building inspection on a house we have under contract. This is the 2nd time we have used Action Property Inspections for this purpose and they have been excellent in every way. On the day of the inspection, Andrew was friendly, extremely thorough and was able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Action Property Inspections to family and friends, without hesitation. They were able to inspect the property the day after I called to book and communication regarding the appointment, payment etc was prompt. I cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and his company. Thank you for making this process so easy - it is truly appreciated.
