I bought an Ergo Carrier from Babes in Arms and had a few issues with how to put baby in and out and they were extremely helpful. At the PBC expo in sydney they were helpful again in helping me to put baby in the ergo comfortably (as i was having trouble getting it right) and now I'm able to wear him for long periods without getting sore! Its fantastic! Thanks BIA!!!

These nappies were a godsend when my son was a newborn. Easy and quick to change. Definitely recommend them to other first time cloth users. Not so good in the long run (for the next child and the child after that, etc...) as they do tend to get a smell to them that cannot be bought out. But overall a great company!
