Dear Con & Drymaster,

I would like to formally pass on my thanks for your brilliant service on my carpets, king bed and lounge today. I am 110% satisfied with the work and can honestly say that this company takes pride in its work.

Con arrived early to set up his equipment and explained to me during setup what he was going to do and how it will benefit my carpet/bed and lounge. Con is very well presented, experienced and is also a top bloke (it's not just a job for him).

My overall experience with Drymaster was only positive. I have already recommended Drymaster to my family and will be doing so for friends and even work mates if they ever need their house groomed.

Drymaster was very close to some of the many quotes I received, but I went with Drymaster as I was told over the phone exactly what I was paying for which increased my confidence dramatically. I know if I had paid less, I wouldn't be writing this letter of appreciation.
