I have been attending Bod Squad's group personal training classes for 5 years. The classes are always fresh and interesting, with new exercises to try and new people to meet. Chriss keeps everyone motivated and the classes give excellent results for her clients.

My daughter has been dancing at Select Dance Co for 2 years. She loves the classes and the teachers and would go to dancing every day if she could. Select gives the opportunity to perform at a mid year show and an end of year concert. The atmosphere is friendly and the emphasis is on each child to do their best.

My children attend swimming lessons at this centre. The lessons are structured and children are put in groups with swimmers of similar ability. Classes run for half an hour with 4 children per class. I have tried a different swimming program recently but have gone back to Holsworthy as the other program was not as good.

My child started tennis lessons at Tennis First earlier this year. He has lots of fun at his weekly lesson and is learning the basics such as forehand, backhand, volley etc. The coach is great with the kids and knows how to keep the lesson fun. I would recommend this centre for children wanting to learn tennis.

My child attended this centre in 2010, the year before starting school. The quality of care was exceptional, the staff were so friendly, dedicated and engaged with the children. The centre has a fantastic school readiness program and my child learnt so much there. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for quality childcare.

I have been to Bellissimo on a couple of occassions with friends and our families. The staff accommodated our large group and even offered our children some dough and rollers to play with while waiting for our food, which was great to keep them amused. There are also some large TV screens for the children to watch while the adults chat. The food is good with plenty of flavour. Serving size is large and I couldn't finish my meal last time we went becuase I was so full! A great spot for a dinner with friends.

Burattini's is a fantastic Italian restaurant located in Tower St Panania. It is a great place to eat for a young family, nice and casual with a relaxed atmosphere but with excellent food. I have eaten here on a number of occassions and have always found the meals to be delicious. I wish we went there more often.

I had a gift voucher for a pamper package of a Deluxe facial, massage and pedicure. The atmosphere and decor was lovely and really set the tone for a relaxing pampering session. The facial and massage really made me relax while the pedicure did wonders for my feet. They looked fantastic. I left the clinic feeling rejuvenated and will definitely go back.

Both my Mum and myself go to Hair by Hair. Karen, Stacey and the girls are all lovely. The service is professional and very reasonably priced. I always leave with my hair looking great and feeling good about myself.
