I don't shop regularly at Toys R Us Liverpool as I find it difficult having to navigate the 2 floors. It is also difficult to find staff to help you.

I have found the range of books at Dymocks to be much better than any other book shop. The staff are very helpful and will order items in that they don't have in stock.

I received some earrings as a gift for my birthday, but after wearing them only once they broke. I took them back to the store and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The staff suggested I leave the earrings for the jeweller to repair which I did. They were ready in a few days and I have had no problems with them since.

I can usually find what I am looking for at Big W. I often buy shoes for the kids and myself, books and sometimes clothes. I love the self check out system, makes shopping much quicker.

I sometimes shop at Best and Less for children's clothes. I am often pleasantly surprised by what I find there, especially as the prices are so good.

I usually shop at Myer for children's clothes and like the Urbane range for myself as well as the range of bras they have. I find the price of children's clothes at Myer is often better than the Target prices and the quality is better too. Unfortunately with the renovations at the moment it is almost impossible to find the department that you want and everything is so squashed up that it is not a good shopping experience.

A great place for party supplies. From the finger food to frozen meals, desserts, lollies and all your plates, cups, cutlery, tableware, decorations - this place has the lot and at reasonable prices.

Love the cards, stationery and gift wrap from Phoenix Trading. High quality but without the high cost that you pay in department stores or newsagents. There are always new designs released each year in the greeting card range. Love the jotter pads, family organisers and Christmas product range.

I have subscribed to Bigpond Movies for the past 5 years. I find it convenient and do not have too many problems with scratched discs etc.

I love this shop! I don't know what we ever did without it. Gorgeous homewares, great partyware, gifts, art & craft supplies and more. All at affordable prices. Fantastic.
