The service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. It always takes a long time to find a staff member to help you. We find the prices are fairly negotiable however.

You can never find any staff to help you with anything in this store. The customer service is terrible.

It always takes forever to find someone to help you in this store, then when you finally get to the register you have to wait again. What does it take so long to do one simple transaction???

A lovely place to have a great dinner with friends. The food is excellent and the service is great although it is on the expensive side. But for a really nice dinner or special occassion I would recommended it.

We have eaten here a few times. It is on the pricey side for a suburban restaurant but the serving size is good and the food is nice.

A great place to enjoy a relaxed lunch with friends or family. It is lovely to sit outside and enjoy the scenery, the kids can run around and have a play. Sometimes there is live music and last time we were there they even had a jumping castle for the kids.

Have taken my children here on a weekday for a play date. We found the equipment was good for children aged 3 - 5. There are some computer games for older children but they weren't all working when we were there. Service from staff was average.

We have been to Monkey Mania for a kids party. It was a weekday afternoon when we went so it was actually nice and quiet. The play areas are large so it is great for older children (5+). I found the service to be quite slow as there were not many staff working at this particular time. Would definitely go back however.

I have been to a few kids parties at Rumble in the Jungle. It is great for younger children (1 - 3 years) as the equipment is not too high. The kids have a ball playing while parents can have a coffee and a chat.
