I have dealt with Bridge Consulting from both sides and was bitterly disappointed from both perspectives. Apathetic and frequently changing account managers who did not do their job properly, management who did not care and very expensive fees. All up a very amateur business I would be surprised to see succeed.

I have dealt with Greythorn from both sides of the fence and have found them to be one of the better employment agencies to deal with. Negotiable fees and very proactive account managers.

I tried for a year to switch to their green electricity plan. After many phone calls and and even letters from them welcoming me as a customer I finally gave up after a year of not successfully switching providers and went with someone else.

I signed up to a mobile phone plan with CJs in February. The phone has never worked, I received conflicting and erroneous information repeatedly from their call centre, the store would not honour the call centre's advice and apart from one lovely girl at the Warringah Mall store who is trying to resolve the problem the entire experience has been very unsatisfactory. The call rate also appears to be quite expensive. My phone has been in for repairs now for 4 months with no indication of when I might get it back. They have never once returned a phone call, and I have left ~25 messages.

We stayed at Bartle Frere by accident when the road back to Cairns flooded and we were stranded. They luckily had a vacancy and took us in and it was one of the best places we stayed in during the entire 3 week holiday. They are wonderful hosts, friendly but giving their guests plenty of privacy. The property is in a superb location minutes from the gorgeous Josephine Falls (also a favourite on the trip) and the garden apartment is fitted out with top quality furnishings and all the little things you miss when you are away from home.

We have been buying our fresh fruit and vegetables and some dry goods from OFN for a couple of months now and have been impressed with the range, quality, freshness of produce and the helpful, friendly attitude of staff.

Mimmo's make good pizza, although they are often very busy and their service can suffer as a result, especially when dining in. They have a wide range of pizzas which are all made to order.

We stayed at Silky Oaks Lodge for a week in February and were blown away by the setting. it was wonderful to have a room overlooking the beautiful Mossman Creek and to have bush walking trails beginning practically from your front door. The food in the restaurant was exquisite.

I have been going to Gary for 6 months now and believe him to be a very caring, considerate and well qualified practitioner. He has helped me towards overcoming the trauma associated with a motorcycle accident.

I purchased a 12 month supply of Frontline for my cat. It was the cheapest quote I could find (by $20) at $98 including postage. I ordered around midnight on Wednesday, the product was delivered Friday morning. Very quick. Their website offered a free pet comb with orders over $40 which I did not receive and have not yet had a response to my query regarding it, but otherwise a good experience.
