After placing an order online with All 4 Pets and being required to pay immediately we then needed to wait another 7 days for the order to be processed even though the owners are in fact at their store and working.

When we sent an e-mail expressing our concern regarding this and saying it was bad service, the owner then cancelled our order without our authority, essentially accessing our credit card without our permission, that is absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and totally unethical.

I have read positive comments about this store however, we certainly did not receive the service some have stated. Both the lack of service and extremely poor attitude was not what one would expect from a so-called professional business.

We will never purchase from this store ever again and would not recommend it to others unless you are looking for a negative attitude and poor service standards.

The worst service of any online stores anywhere in the world. The phone staff are rude, arrogant, obnoxious and clearly have absolutely no regard or respect for customers. When trying to lodge a compliant they say a manager will call back, we have waited all day and when we have checked they are short tempered, abrupt, blunt and abusive with us for wanting to register a complaint. The phone staff talk over the top of people and are extremely difficult to deal with. We will NEVER purchase from TVSN EVER again.

We had a serious emergency situation with our cat on 23rd December. Trying to get into a vet at that stage is almost impossible, everyone is booked out.

We rang Craigieburn Animal Hospital and while they did not have any appointments, they placed us on a cancellation list. Once I explained the situation, they said they would return my call to see if they could assist us.

Within an hour I had a return call and an appointment even though they were clearly extremely busy. Our cat was admitted to the hospital, had an urgent procedure done that night, even though it was not planned or booked in. Copper stayed overnight and I was contacted to explain what was done and after care instructions.

We initially saw DR DOMINIC SIU who was great, very understanding and caring. He explained exactly what was happening, what our options were and was very transparent about costs which were very reasonable taking into account how serious this was.

We later spoke with DR MICHAEL BELL who performed the procedure straight after completing another serious surgery. He kept Cooper in all of the following day (Christmas Eve) for fluids, observation and another minor procedure. After what must have been a very stressful day, he then made time to talk to me and provide further information, just exceptional service.

All the staff were EXCELLENT, the Vets, along with the reception and nursing staff were all very friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about Cooper’s situation. We could not have asked for better care from anywhere.

This is clearly a very hard-working animal hospital and we have absolutely no hesitation is highly recommending the CRAIGIEBURN ANIMAL HOSPITAL to anyone in need of superior quality care for their animal family members. We are extremely thankful for the care, kindness and expert treatment provided to Cooper who is now home and very happy, THANK YOU.

Since the business was sold, standards have declined. Over several
months I had 3 appointments cancelled within 30 minutes of the
appointment time after making the appointments 6 weeks in advance being
told the hairdresser was unwell.

If that is the case a professional business would bring in a temp staff
member to cover appointments made 6 WEEKS BEFOREHAND. At the last
appointment I had been in hospital the night before and paid $60 for
transportation back to the salon. When I got there I was told the
hairdresser was unwell again, I was told they didn't have time to call
me to cancel the appointment.

I explained that I had paid $60 for transportation to get arrive at the
appointment on time but this seemed to be of no concern to those at this
business at all. Again, how totally and completely unprofessional to
bring a client into the salon to simply say there is no appointment.

I was told I would be called to arrange another appointment as soon as
possible, that was OVER TWO MONTHS AGO, a call was never made. Clearly,
the operation of this business is in question and they could not care
less about clients. The rudeness of simply ignoring clients is an
absolute disgrace.

I noticed on this day that a trainee was cutting hair, who is not a
qualified hairdresser, but an apprentice in training and is not
permitted to cut hair unsupervised, again this is totally unacceptable.
The place has gone down hill very quickly and we would certainly not
recommend this business to anyone, bad service, unprofessional, bad
manners and clearly a business in decline.

Ordered a product on the 25th January 2024, by the 6th February 2024 the order has not arrived. Have sent several e-mail messages, the system says they will respond but there is no response at all. No product has been delivered, they do not respond to e-mail messages and there is no contact phone number. I am ringing the bank this afternoon to say I believe this is a scam company. DO NOT deal with this company, you will lose your money and have no product delivered.
