Our favourite cafe! We have recently moved house and the hardest part was no longer being walking distance to these guys! The menu is awesome (especially brunch) with new and interesting specials all the time. The staff are lovely and very cool - like seeing old friends everytime you walk in the door. Super accomodating too - moving things around to fit in prams, bigger groups etc when we have needed them to.

Do not use this company! We used them on 1 November 2014 to do a very simple move from a two bedroom house. Communication in the week leading up to the move was very poor. We emailed to confirm the booking after receiving a quote and no response was received and we had to chase by phone. I had requested some packing materials and was advised they would be delivered the following day and they didn't arrive. After several phone calls and emails they were delivered late afternoon the next day.
On the day of the move the movers turned up over an hour late and only after I had called to find out where they were - it was obvious I had woken up the business owner when I called. There were two staff who attended and we were promptly advised that one of them 'didn't really know what she was doing' by the other. The move itself was very slow. My partner and I assisted by carrying items out to the truck to assist in speeding matters up whilst trying to juggle our six month old baby (which was the reason we had employed movers to assist us in the first place). The staff took several extended cigarette breaks (30-40mins) standing there watching us carrying furntiure and boxes and rifling through our hard rubbish pile instead of assisting.
Upon arriving at our new address items were left in the rain despite there being a fully undercover car port only meters away and no care was taken in the unloading of our furniture. Several items significantly damaged and photographs have been sent to the business owner who indicated he was 'investigating the matter' but has not responded to our emails. In particular we witnessed the staff run our baby's brand new high gloss shelving unit down the ramp - laughing while they did so and then dump it on the paving. Two sides of the unit are badly scratched and it will require replacing. There are dents in our stainless steel fridge, our television low line is scratched, cot and new mattress dirty and damaged - to name just a few items.
The business advertises itself as having goods in transit insurance however despite repeated requests the business owner has refused to provide the details of his insurer or any compensation for the damaged items or excessive time taken by his staff notwithstanding we were charged the full hourly rate during each of their extended breaks. We are in process of obtaining legal advice as to proceed against this company.
