I visited Amanda at Lotus Healing Therapies for Bowen Therapy for migraines. After the first session, my migraines reduced from 3 a week to one a week. After the second session they reduced to about one a month. After the third and final session, they disappeared completely! It has now been over 6 months, and I have not had a migraine since. Thoroughly recommend Amanda.

I attended the Personal Development sessions in 2013 and found the facilitator, Naomi, to be so down-to earth and non-judgemental. She helped with a lot of 'issues' that I was dealing with, and helped me gain back my confidence and enthusiasm for life. I also experienced a personal spiritual healing session, which was quite amazing and transformational.
