Words can't express how absolutely apalling the vodafone customer service is. Especially after the CEO came out and acknowledged it and then continued to do the same. Any experience I have had on the phone to vodafone customer service I have been put on hold, hung up on, ignored and transfered to a number of people where I had to repeat the problem I had with every person. Don't ever go with Vodafone

I got a spreets deal for all you can eat in this place. It had a really great atmosphere with live music. I loved it at the beginning but slowly but surely my estimation dropped. We had a reservation for 8. No table had been reserved...however it was all hugs and apologies and smiles so that wasn't a problem...had a cocktail at the bar. The food was nice but nothing more than that. We had a 3 course meal. It was 2 hours after our reservation before we received our main course and it was so late at that stage we didn't bother with the last course. Our main course was served with the dips and the arepas finally arrived about half an hour later. We couldn't order drinks and they had forgotten about us half way through the main course. Service was dismal and if it hadn't been for the music we would have left. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place

I think this could actually be the best pizza I have ever had. It is reasonably priced and very nice staff. It has a great atmosphere and makes you feel like you are on your holidays in Italy. It has really simple decor but a brilliant atmosphere. I loved this place.... and its always hard to find a decent pizza!

Great burgers. There are often queues outside. Very tasty simple burgers. Why oh why are they not open on a Sunday?

Absolutely loved this place...great atmosphere and great coffee. I didn't eat here but i will definitely be back to try the food - it looked yummy!

Absolutely horrendous service. I am a tenant who had had a problem with mice in my house (as did neighbours). I tried everything to get rid of them and when all that failed (traps, poison, blocking entrances) I phoned the real estate. I was told to email a request for pest control detailing the problem. This was ignored. It wasn't until the decision had been made to leave these uninhabitable conditions and when we handed in the notice to leave that they decided that in fact yes they would send one. Of course...then they were very sorry to have ignored us the previous weeks. Absolutely apalling service in all my dealings with them. If I was landlord I would hate to think what they are allowing to happen with my property. Disgraceful

Went to this dentist after being recommended it by a friend. Receptionist was firstly very friendly. Dentist was very professional in his dealings with me. I felt he was honest and not just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. There was a 15 minute delay in getting seen but he spent a good 45 minutes with me and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this dentist!
