My very first EA Mattes saddle blanket was supposed to be a wonderful, exciting experience, and this process has turned into an absolute disaster.
I placed an order for my Mattes saddle blanket in May 2018. This saddle pad cost $351, which I believed would be well worth it because this would surely be the best saddle blanket ever made!
In July 2018 I was advised by DP Saddlery that the factory accidentally cancelled my order, and if I wanted to proceed it would take another 8 weeks until I received my blanket. So I agreed to wait and proceeded with the order.
Today is 22nd October 2018, and my very first EA Mattes saddle blanket has arrived. Unfortunately, the pad that arrived is NOT the pad I ordered. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing transaction and has turned what was supposed to be an exciting experience into nothing but a burden!
