I expected some sort of experienced professionals to be re styling my hair. I came out looking 10 years older. My colour turned out rather Ronald McDonald than copper highlights.
Especially having short hair I expected a variation in my hair colour but no, I got all over Orange!! Not happy Jan, also wouldn't fix it. I had to go to another salon, who made it look amazingly!

We have purchased nearly everything in our house from Harvey Norman spanning over 30 years. The recent purchase was for all new kitchen appliances for our new kitchen. They had almost almost everything in stock & orders one item to be delivered at a later date. They gave us free delivery due to size of order. They made suggestions on our purchases that were very much appreciated. The 2 staff we had serving us were fantastic, one Justin the manager, great prices thank you & Leigh who was dillegently getting everything organised for a seamless order & delivery etc ..polite & went above & beyond.
We thought we'd look at a slightly bigger tv than we already had while we were there. We came away with something so much more expensive & bigger than planned but they showed us the many options & the quality product we left with is awesome. Thank you guys.

We have always purchased from Harvey Norman as they are very competitively priced.
Recently we had a new kitchen renovation project & required all new appliances. Freestanding Oven/Cooktop, Rangehood & Dishwasher. I did my research & got the best price from other stores even online. H/N gave us their price but they were dearer. When I showed them the prices I had recieved from other genuine retailers they didn't just match them, they bettered them & they gave us a few extras. Before finalising purchase we wanted to look at smart TV LG. Just a bigger version of what we already had.
Well great sale net because we walked away with a much bigger tv & also a different brand with amazing features. Samsung series 9 curved smart TV 3D. We got it at a great price, there was also a promotion on regarding Soundbar that is an optional extra to the tv if you like that surround sound experience. Oh my goodness it's amazing.
Anyway. The service we recieved was fantastic, they gave us free delivery, which ended up being three times as some things weren't in stock. Thanks Justin & Leigh. You went above & beyond to provide us with great service & advise!!

I got 4 quotes & we this company was the second highest in price. I recieved quotes from Large well known Australia wide companies but we wanted to spend local & have local service if there were any issues.
Wow, couldn't have asked for a better start to finish experience. We dealt with the owner Lloyd who helped avert a few major problems if he had not suggested some problems he saw in our original design! Others didn't even see any problems!! Which once pointed out were major ones.
The installation was AMAZING!! These guys got stuck into it & worked hard & new their job inside out!! I made a few changes on the day of installation & the men (Bill) was so great, nothing was too much trouble.
Can't thank you enough for the amazing new kitchen you have given us. I have chronic back issues & rheumatoid arthritis so these health issues were taken into consideration for now & the future & I'm so grateful for your thoughfullness in design & function. It looks amazing as well. We have yet to have the Granite Benchtop & glass splashback installed but my kitchen is a dream!! Local business is such a bonus!!
They also made & installed a tv entertainment unit that had to be specially made to fit into a recessed fireplace void for when we placed tv on the wall. Genius!! The cost is for everything. Kitchen, granite, splashback, appliances, electircian, plumber, tiler & extras
