These guys were on time, did the job with no complaints and seemed satisfactory in their knowledge of removals. A few niggly things let the quality of their service down, but nothing major. I'm not sure I would use them to move a whole house, but certainly for small moves such as a few items of furniture I may use again.

I had had a bad experience with two handy men regarding a simple job. The Moonee Ponds representative from HAH came in to fix what one of the others had broken. He was courteous, on time (early in fact!), pleasant and value for money. I would recommend him to anyone. I would give his name, but I am not sure a) we are allowed to b) he would appreciate that. Oh yes, he was also quietly spoken, something I really appreciate ... I Hate being talked loudly or shouted at.

i was sent there by where i bought my wedding dress to have it altered. it needed to have the sides in, put the hem up on the front and place a button on the back. the woman (wife?) was absolutely lovely. such a friendly person! unfortunately, the job done was horrific. the hem taken up was crooked!!! the person who did it took it up on the side rather than the front (the exposed beading was off centre, and that's what they used as the "front")!! the button placed on the back didn't match the dress, and looks ugly as. the only good thing (which was the biggest job) was the sides. at least that was done ok. i can't take it back and have them fix it as my wedding is too short away. they were two days late as it was....

moral of story: don't take your expensive gowns here!! not worth the hundreds of dollars i forked out!
