We have recently decided to have our house renovated. We got a few quotes and Affordable Total Restorations came in cheaper than anyone else. The guy who came was really helpful and helped us with which colours to choose. We were originally planning on doing one job at a time with the house, but the guy offered us full roof restoration, rendering, full exterior paint, and spraying of gutters for $10500 (their flyer says $9990 for 3bdrm house, they also do individual services). Job was finished 6 weeks ago, and house looks amazing. The manager came in after it was finished and went through a checklist to make sure it was all done. There is also a 10yr warranty.

Overall extremely satisfied, couldn't believe the price and house looks amazing! They service Gold Coast and Brisbane.
