The team of girls are easy to talk to for the needs of my dog. They don't extend the service if it's not required for Zoey. She is content to enter the premises and comes out clean and fresh for a minimal fee while I have coffee next door. Bedford is an older suburb so the shop has an old frontage, but the inside is tidy and smells as it should, animals being cleaned and clipped and the staff are dressed for the purpose.
