Pretty much what you'd expect for any of the plethora of takeaway venues in the local region. They do the usual fish & chips, burgers, pies & pasties as well as carrying a few grocery lines.

Pricewise they're pretty standard, though like most places they have a few specials from time to time.

Handy place to stop for a cold drink or bite to eat if you've just slogged it out taking a load of rubbish to the nearby tip.

Have been here a couple of times and would have to say I preferred the breakfast menu over the lunch menu. Brekky consists of a number of old favourites, including eggs benedict which I tried and thoroughly enjoyed.

The lunch experience I had was the chips with the wasabi mayonaise - sensational.

Price wise they are pretty much what you'd expect for the North Hobart strip. Definately on my list of venues to return to.

One of many corner shop style take away venues in the local area that do the usual corner take away type fare, burgers, fish & chips as well as a few grocery lines.

Not the cheapest around but not the most expensive.
Customer service really depends on who's in the shop - the guys are usually cheerful and friendly, but a couple of the ladies that work there clearly want to be somewhere else.
Food quality isn't bad, but it's usually pretty tough to mess these sort of things up

Tiny little coffee shop on the corner of Russell St and Little Collins St. Stopped in for a brew whilst wandering around Melbourne with the wife. We only tried the coffee which was nice enough, and the service received was warm and friendly. The price was pretty much standard for a coffee in the area.

Would stop in again if I were in the area.

Fairly generic little cafe I visited in Melbourne while in town with a group of mates for a bucks weekend. I didn't receive particularly good or bad service, the food was not bad, pretty much as you'd expect for eggs benedict when you've got a hangover. The coffee was a little burnt but not the worst I've ever had.

In all the most memorable thing about this place was the somewhat awkward moment when a stripper from one of the nearby gentlemen's clubs came in for breakfast and we recognised her as one of the entertainers from the previous evening's night on the town.

We booked in here for Christmas lunch (buffet style at about $70 a head) and were not disappointed.

The food was amazing, perfectly cooked turkey, ham and pork with roast veggies, salad as well as a selection of seafood. The dessert buffet was equally as impressive (though a bit of Pav wouldn't have been out of place).

The staff were attentive and helpful without being over the top, and left us needing absolutely nothing.

In all, the experience was fantastic and to top it off there was no cleaning up afterwards.

Quiet little venue in the Huon valley, nice to stop in for lunch if you're heading to or from the Tahune Airwalk at Geeveston.

Fresh seafood, though for some menu items they use pre-packaged frozen stuff so be sure to check before placing your order.

The service is friendly enough, on a cold day you can dine out under cover and they will fire up the patio heaters to keep you warm while you eat.

Finally tried this place out after hearing friends and workmates talking it up a fair bit. Let me just say it lives up to the hype.

I was served the best Spaghetti Carbonara I think I have ever eaten, and if it isn't it's a very close second. The ambiance is a little noisy, and if you're dining in I'd suggest booking an upstairs table if possible.

The service was was excellent and the food arrived significantly quicker than expected.

I'm just itching for an excuse to go back for another visit.

This was the scene of possibly the best Lamb Shanks I have EVER eaten bar none. Stopped in for a feed on the final night of a boys weekend interstate and we're very glad we did. The quality of the food was amazing. Generous servings, though it's not the cheapest place you'll find - pretty much what you'd expect for the location.

The service we received was quicker than we expected for a fairly busy Saturday night (grand final replay weekend) which was rather impressive.

Stopped for dinner late last month and enjoyed a delicious, filling meal. The service was good without being spectacular, the pricing wasn't too bad, if a fraction on the expensive side for the demographic it's in. Plenty of variety on the menu means there's something to appeal to most tastebuds.
