This isn't the first time we've visited, and while we do acknowledge the comments in some reviews about the time for food being a bit lengthy, we've never had to wait anything like 2 hours. The staff are always friendly, and their Passionfruit Crush drink and Iced Teas are simply divine. This time we had two steak lunch specials and the chicken salad, which for someone who is skeptical about salads that are usually just 90% lettuce, this was a very welcome surprise. A huge amount of chicken right through, and a delicious salad with hardly a sign of lettuce - actually, there was greenery in the form of spinach leaves. All in all, a little bit of a wait for the meals but we will return.

As someone who doesn't enjoy even the smell of sushi let alone the taste, I was surprised that I quite enjoyed our dinner here. The tempura vegetable dishes were delicious on my opinion, and not greasy at all as some other reviewers have said. The prices seemed reasonable, service was very friendly and the dishes we asked to be made were done quickly. The atmosphere was nice despite it getting quite busy and we will definitely eat here again.

Despite a large lineup the staff worked through the orders very quickly and when we asked for a very hot hot drink, that's exactly what we got. Delicious! The breads in the cabinet looked delicious too, might have to return to try them out.

We needed somewhere for brunch close to the boat ramp and the menu here looked good, standard prices with a good range. Service was very prompt and friendly. I stated when the waitress first arrived to take our order how hungry I was, and she remembered enough to come and ask if I'd like mine tonight out first even though the other meal would be a few more minutes.We read other reviews giving bad feedback for no menu changes, but we noticed that no changes to the menu is clearly stated on the menu, and we know how hard it can be for some places to make changes so we don't feel that was a fair comment. The outlook is very nice, the sun was lovely on a cool morning however there is plenty of inside seating also. The mushroom bruschetta was spicy but delicious. We'd dine here again.

We found it very quiet when we stopped by for hot drinks late afternoon, which meant we could enjoy the outdoor seating looking to the sunset in peace. A lovely venue, with great views. Perfect for functions.

Stopped here after 9pm when our movie ran later than we expected and here was the only place open. Glad we stopped by though. It was late but the staff were friendly, meals were delivered quickly (we were with a group too) and the chicken burger was delicious, a good price too at $10. The zucchini chips were something new for us and while we thought they were perhaps a little too salty for our taste they were still nice and a welcome change from potato chips. The inside decor is very nice and the outdoor seating around the tree very relaxing. We'd definitely eat here again.

We came here for lunch having not read previous negative reviews. We had passed this place before but never eaten here however it looked nice enough, we enjoy our sushi, so thought we'd try it. We ordered the vege spring rolls, crispy chicken rice bowl and vege tempura rice bowl. The staff were very friendly, the service was quick and so we looked forward to our meal arriving. While we waited we thought we'd hop on here to read previous reviews, and were concerned how bad they were. But, our lunch arrived quickly, presentation was nice and they were good size servings. As we started eating, we both agreed the meals were delicious. There was a heap of chicken in the chicken rice bowl, and the vege tempura rice bowl had plenty of it as well. The flavour was great, cooked well, and the only tiny personal comment we could make is that there was just perhaps a little too much sauce for us, but we both finished our dishes and it didn't affect the flavour or our enjoyment of it. The spring rolls were large and full of veges, served with sweet chilli sauce. Overall, we really couldn't fault anything. Decor is nice, and they were friendly when we paid our bill. We would not hesitate to return.

We have had friends recommend this place to eat and thought we should give it a go. The atmosphere is casual and cosy. Service was very friendly, and the food was brought out by the chef himself, which we think is a nice touch. We ordered the smoked salmon omelette, and scrambled eggs on toast. The omelette was delicious, a good size, and served like a pizza which is nice and something different. The scrambled eggs were nice, with wholemeal toast on the side. A good size. The lunch menu had some great looking options on it, and everything was reasonable prices so we will return. It was good to see quite a few nice vegetarian options on the menu.

A delicious breakfast in very homely surrounds. Super friendly staff, very quick service. Loved the bright napkins and cutlery. Presentation of the food was great. Just sorry we didn't get a chance to stop back in for morning tea, but we would definitely stop in next time we're passing through!

What a nice treat this place was. Fantastic value and delicious homemade food from the cabinet - highly recommend the macadamia scones! All the goods inside are very reasonably priced and we could have spent way more than we did. It's a great little shop that if you can slow down for a while, you can relax and enjoy a lovely morning out. We would return.
