Optus has been a huge disappointment for me and my family. We have a 2 year wireless contract with them. After Optus asured me we will have fast internet in any location. About 6 months ago we moved house, as our rental contract was finished. In the new area we stay, the internet drops every few second, so we are constantly having to reconnect. The connection is also very slow, very frustrating.
I contacted their call center, and received the worst treatment ever, the operator screamed at me, and told me I was stupid, for believing that Optus would work in all areas. She told me it was the governments fault, and it is not their problem. She also said that it was not their problem that we moved. Well I did communicate to her that with wireless one would expect that you could access the Internet from various locations. She then further verbally abused me to the point that I started to cry, I then put the phone down.
Approximate cost: $50 a month
Enough staff at checkouts, and very friendly. All products on my list were in stock. Plenty of parking, that is free.Trolleys work well, and are easily accesible.
