This is one of my usual hotspots for saturday evenings. I usually come here for dinner or just to hang out cafe-style.

For dinner, I almost always get the bulgogi rice. Serving is large and very filling. For dessert, I usually just get coffee or the 'big boy' which is a big bowl of asian dessert. It has red bean, ice, coconut and fruits on tops. It's big enough to share!

The waiters speak very little english so it's handy to have a friend who speaks fluent Korean.

There is only an outdoor seating area. The building makes it look like you can sit indoors..but you can't.

Usually have dinner here with my other half. The ambience is quite cosy, like you're at home. The interior isn't too decorated but it's definitely not shabby.

The new owners have made this place looks much better.

Menu option was vast - so many things to choose from. I got the prawn toast and the sweet and sour pork with rice. I was very satisfied with the food and service. Hot tea was on the house.

The chef comes out front every now and then. It's nice to see him interacting with the customers.

I buy pides from here when I crave something oily. The pides here would have to be the oilest food option in the food court but they taste very good. I always get the Chicken & mushroom pide. The servings are quite small though but I just settle with one because of the amount of grease.

Happy overall - certainly satisfies my cravings.

Some staff handle food very well, putting on gloves for food and taking them off when handling money. Other don't seem to have this habit which makes me cringe a bit.

I've tried the chicken kebab once - not a fan of kebabs in general. Sauce was very drippy and got very messy by the time I was done.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Their English isn't perfect but you can tell they honestly try to help you.

Photo development is very quick. I drop off my USB and do my shopping and it's ready to pick up by end of the day.

The store looks quite cluttered, inside and outside. I do wonder if anyone really buys the gazillion jewellery boxes and bargain-store type goodies.

Photocopy machine is simply and easy to use. Location is right at the store front so I can copy what I need in privacy and leave. Simply slip coins in the attached box.

The smell of freshly baked pastries always seems to win me over for lunch. There is such a wide variety - like those asian walk-in bakeries. The items are very cheap so I tend to buy quite a few in one go. You use the tongs and tray provided and go around and choose the items that you want.

The girl at the counter individually wraps each item. Makes opening and eating them so much more fun. I do worry about the hygiene of the tongs and trays though.

I get juices from here whenever I'm working. The juices are quite expensive but there are no other fresh juice bars in the shopping centre.

In terms of taste, it's pretty much your average juice bar. No wow factor. Reliable service so I'm satisfied.

The cakes here are so yummy! They're light and fluffy when you eat them but still full of flavour. The fruit sponge cakes are my usual because the amount of fruit they use add just enough moisture to the sponge. They also print photos on to the cakes. They always looks very well done, but this layer of icing doesn't taste that great. Pretty much just a layer of coloured sugar.

They also sell small cakes for on-the-go but the variety is quite limited. Haven't bought one of these before though.

Been a lifetime customer with Lawrence Wong. Practices very professionally and the prices for contact lenses and glasses and sunglasses are very good. I always get a good price which keeps me going back for so many years.

He made being an optometrist so easy that I've become one myself!

Had a massage done here. Very relaxing experience. The ladies there were very lovely and made the experience welcoming. Not awkward at all! :)

There was a bit of a wait (almost 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment) but the place was very tidy and the attention to detail with decor was nice to look at.

I was offered a complimentary spa but the spa broke down that day. They offered us a pot of chamomile tea though.

Local fish & chip shop - service is quick and food is fresh! Their chips are thick cut and very crispy! Battered fish is a bit on the salty side but that just how I like it.

The menu is quite confusing, there are a lot of options which is a good thing I guess. I just ignore it though and ask for "fish and chips". I always get the same thing each time.
