Latest equipment with plenty of room to work out without bumping into stuff. Variety of equipment so your never waiting to use the same machines. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my personal goals and achievements. I have trained at many gyms in the area over the years and this gym is by far the best training environment and well priced. My girlfriend enjoys the classes upstairs also so we can train together.
